Description of the video in detail

1. The list of the works being executed

1.1. The first run: all the injectors supply registration; saving the data on HDD
1.2. Standard curve selection and setting
1.3. The first injector magnetic gap adjustment
1.4. The first injector supply registration with respect to the standard curve. The result of the checkup is successful
1.5. The last run: all the injectors supply registration again to prove the adjustment result
1.6. A look at the minimal opening time spread

2. The bench operator activity and the bench program execution detailed description
associated with the time of the video

00:00 the program is started
00:05 the USB cable is plugged. The connection between the bench and the computer is established. The power voltage from the USB cable is present now
00:17 the bench power supply has just been switched ON by the mouse. The power voltage rises. The short circuit protection is being adjusted
00:35 the working gas is selected
00:39 the dependence of the checkup time upon the accuracy is shown
00:42 control pulses start and stop durations are set
00:43 the checkup has been started. The preparation for supply metering starts
00:59 the preparation is completed. The first injector supply metering starts (the red curve). One can hear knocks of the iron core and the coil inner envelope
01:05 the injector starts to open. Two curves more are measured for any of the injectors. The fist is the pressure at the supply meter input and the second is the rail input pressure. These two curves are tuned not to be visible now
01:24 during the supply measurement runs the bench operator is free of work. It is time to get a closer look at the subpages of the page Equipment: Sensors, Valves and Heating
01:35 filling the page Notes. Meanwhile the metering of the second injector supply starts (the green curve)
02:04 the note text is accepted. The bench operator is free of work again
02:06 page Curves contents
02:12 - the third injector supply metering starts (the blue curve)
02:48 - One can see that the first injector supply is too high with respect to the rest of the injectors
03:25 the supply metering is completed. The analysis band is selected automatically and is colored with yellow color. The results of the analysis are displayed in the frame Deviation, %. These are supply curves spread various estimations. The basic one is Total. One must keep it inside approximately 3%
03:27 an attempt to align the curves. A message appears about too strong signal from injector 1. The too strong signal makes it impossible to align the curve completely. The program recommends the operator to change the measurement conditions. But there is no sense to do this now because injector 1 supply must be decreased anyway closely to injectors 2, 3 and 4 supplies and then the curve 1 will be aligned anyway
03:30 the alignment result in the duration band selected. The band is colored with yellow color. Each of the curves is aligned taking into account the working gas used. One can see the injectors supplies true nonlinearity now
03:32 the click on the curves returns the curves displaying into the basic mode
03:36 data saving on the HDD
04:06 standard curve selection and setup. Injector 3 curve has been selected. Injector 1 supply will be adjusted then with respect to the standard curve
04:12 the bench operator chooses metering injector 1 supply alone to decrease the metering time because injectors 2, 3 and 4 are all right. Then the operator decreases injector 1 supply by revolving the core approximately 90 degrees clockwise
04:20 - the checkup has been started. The preparation for supply metering starts. The bench operator is free of work again
04:22 the first injector supply metering starts (the red curve). One can see that the operator guessed right the turn. The operator expands the note text
05:13 - the supply metering is completed. One can see that injector 1 supply curve lies on the standard curve now
05:18 - data saving on the HDD
05:30 all the supplies metering preparation: the standard curve removal, injectors 2, 3 and 4 setting ON together with their curves. The message reminds that the mode with the standard curve is left
05:43 the checkup has been started. The preparation for supply metering starts. The bench operator is free of work
05:53 the operator expands the note text. After the duration reaches approximately 9 ms one can see how the power voltage drops slightly as the power unit load rises
08:26 - one can see that the total deviation is inside 3% gap. There is no need to adjust more
08:29 the operator aligns the curves after the adjustment. One can see that injector 1 curve has been aligned completely now
08:34 the bench operator demonstrates auto-scale mode
08:39 the visibility of another set of curves is set ON. These are pressure at supply meter input via control pulses duration. One can find from these curves when each of the injectors starts to open
08:50 the injectors supply curves are set OFF and the smoothing is set ON. One can see in detail the spread of the minimal durations for this rail. It is all right
09:12 - the operator expands the note text
09:38 - data saving on the HDD
09:53 the bench operator scans data stored for this rail on HDD. The bench may not be used
10:11 the power is turned OFF. USB cable is been plugged OFF.
